Recital 2016

As recital time nears, please continue to check this tab for any and all recital, costume and ticket updates!

The 2017 recital dates are May 26, 27 and 28th.

Students MUST attend ALL rehearsals and attend all classes 2 weeks prior to the performance in order to participate in the recital. Rehearsals are closed. This means only parents are allowed. Please arrive in your tights and full makeup. Students should always dress at the Civic Center in the Green Room or dressing rooms. No fathers in the dressing rooms please. All students are in the Finale so everyone needs to arrive by 5:15 pm. As we get closer to rehearsal you will be given a more specific practice time. We often get ahead of schedule so please do not leave after the finale unless otherwise informed. All flash photography and videotaping should be done at this time. Flash photography and videotaping are prohibited during the performance. Rutherford Photo Video will be taking the video during the actual recitals which will be available for purchase in the lobby at the recital. Once in the theatre, sit in your designated seating area marked with signage. Each class must sit together so that we can find your class before performing at rehearsal. The parents that signed up to help backstage should help escort the children to the backstage area.

Costumes should not be worn to the Civic Center. This will keep it safe and clean in the car and walk into the building. We also have plenty of places to change there, and we don’t want the audience to see our costumes prior to the show.
